How we hold ourselves to account
- Sources you can open. Each guide lists the pages it relied on, with publication, update and check dates.
- Three kinds of statement. Demonstrated fact, documented history, and uncertain conclusion are labeled differently.
- Safety review before publication. Guides involving water treatment, food preservation, combustion or medicine need a named human review.
- No invented numbers. We reproduce current official figures in context, or we send you to the source. We do not make up recipes, doses or times.
